Lisa Richards
CEO,
Lisa Richards is an active participant in San Diego business and community organizations. She has received many awards for her spirit of entrepreneurship, as well as the respect of other owners of similar businesses around the country. In 1991, Lisa Richards was named Small Business Person of the Year by the Greater San Diego Chamber of Commerce. She was inducted into the American Institute of Entrepreneurs as a Lifetime Member in 1989 and the same year, named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by Venture Magazine and the Arthur Young Company. In 1996 Lisa was the recipient of the San Diego Business Journal's San Diego Women Who Mean Business award in the category of Meeting/Event Planning. |

Frank Christian
President,
Frank Christian, President, joined H Events Inc. in 1992. Frank received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from SDSU while continuing to work for H Events growing and expanding his knowledge of the hospitality industry along the way. His time with H Events has made him an integral part of the success of the company as he moved through a variety of positions within all divisions. As Director of Operations, he managed the set-up, fulfillment and tear-down of many special events, producing more than 600 events every year. As Director of Operations, Frank focused on improving the sales process, managing warehouse operations, and staff development. Frank currently oversees the operations, customer relations and quality control of H Events and is a partner to founder Lisa Richards, helping to position the company for future growth and success over the next 25 years. |

Keith Lord
Executive Chef,
A graduate of the prestigious New England Culinary Institute in Essex Vermont, Lord's cuisine embraces distinctively American, Japanese, French & North African themes with great homage and respect to seafood. Lord is quick to acknowledge his debt to other Executive Chefs and Restaurateurs who have inspired him in this culinary odyssey. He was worked alongside some of the most recognized names in the industry including: Chef Roy Yamaguchi of Roy, Mark Franz of Farallon, Joachim Spichal the Chef-Owner of Patina, Mario Oliver of Linq Restaurant & Lounge in Beverly Hills, and veteran San Diego restaurateur Sami Ladeki of Roppongi. All of these influences have come together to expand his taste for global cuisine.
Like a true Chef always on the cutting edge of food trends, he continues his education through hands on training in restaurant kitchens such as Chef extraordinaire Gordon Ramsa's namesake restaurant in London, and in classes at the nation's top culinary schools. Additionally, Lord has contributed recipes to and has been featured in In Style, Eating Well, Catering Magazine and Simply Seafood Magazines and To Whole Health, a book of comprehensive health and nutrition.

Meredith Bell
Dir. of Business Development & Growth,
After being raised in a small town in the San Joaquin Valley, Meredith left to live in San Francisco and New York City where she learned she could find a career surrounding her love and passion - food and beverage! Previously working for the company in 2006, Meredith returned to Festivities after spending time working with country clubs and luxury resorts, where she was able to further her knowledge and exposure in the industry. Her previous experience with marketing and operations, combined with sales, brings a new focus to the future of events and growth of the company. When not at work, you will most likely find Meredith at one of the newest restaurants around town, or rubbing elbows with other professionals at the numerous industry events. |

Taylor Smith
Event Coordinator,
Taylor's attention to detail and understanding of each client's individual needs ensures your event will be executed flawlessly. Taylor, a San Diego native, returned to his hometown after attending school in Florida, has worked with TK&A since 2007. Taylor found TK&A a perfect fit to combine his strong administrative background with his passion for cuisine and event coordination. Taylor is an accomplished event manager as well as an exceptional special occasion designer. No matter what type of event, Taylor will create a customized, unique and celebrated affair. In his spare time, he is an active volunteer coordinating special events and fundraising for Mama's Kitchen, a non-profit organization that delivers hot meals to critically ill San Diegans. |

Kristen Bailey
Account Manager,
Account Manager - Kristen has an extensive knowledge of event coordinating and catering giving her the ability to create a successful and memorable event each and every time. After being raised in Indiana and graduating from Purdue University, she moved to San Diego in 2007 to get involved in hospitality. Since then, she has simultaneously worked with hotels, catering companies, and wedding planners to expand her experience and know-how. With her meticulous eye for detail and creativity, she will make your visions become reality. When she isn’t planning the perfect event, Kristen enjoys volunteering her time for local animal non-profit organizations and spending time exploring San Diego. |
